  • Information You Give Us: We receive, store and process personal information you provide to us when you purchase/subscribe or use the BeyondRoots website, set up a BeyondRoots account, enter information on our website, communicate with us over phone, email or otherwise, use our applications on mobile or connected devices, take our surveys, participate in any promotion or giveaway, interact with our social media presence, or in any other way.
    • Examples: This includes without limitation your name, shipping, billing, and/or business addresses; location information; phone number; email address; username and password information; credit or other payment card information; gender; date of birth; and survey response data.
  • Information Provided Automatically: Whenever you interact with our website, we automatically receive and store certain types of  information. For example, like many Web sites, we use "cookies," and “web beacons” to obtain certain types of information when your Web browser accesses beyondroots.co. We collect items such as the IP address of the device you use to connect to the Internet and the pages accessed. We may also track certain information about the identity of the web site you visited immediately before coming to our site. We do not otherwise track any information about your use of other websites. By collecting this information, we learn how to best tailor our website to our visitors and understand what products and services you might prefer. We work with service providers that help us track, collect, and analyze this information.
  • Information From Our Partners: We may receive information about you from other sources, including from our partners, our affiliates, third-party vendors, services. We may also collect information that you publicly post on our social media pages, such as our Facebook® and Instagram®. Where permitted by law, we combine this information received from other sources, including from social media websites, with information you give us and information that we collect automatically about you.
  • Children’s Privacy: BeyondRoots does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. HOW WE PROTECT PERSONAL INFORMATION

Protecting your information is a priority. We will take reasonable steps to protect the security and integrity of all Personal Information provided to us, including limiting the number of people who have physical access to our database servers, as well as employing electronic security systems and password protections that guard against unauthorized access. Our customer service team operates over a private, secure network.

We use Secure Sockets Layer ("SSL") technology to protect the transmission over the Internet of your payment card data. You can check the security of your connection by looking at the URL line of your browser. When accessing a secure site, the first characters of the site address change from "http" to "https." If you are using a web browser or firewall that does not permit communications through secure sites, you will not be able to make purchases on our site.

Co-Sponsored Contests, Sweepstakes and Offerings: Some of our contests, sweepstakes and other offerings that we may make available on or through our website or third party provider may be co-sponsored by another company. In those situations, the information we obtain from you in connection with such contests, sweepstakes or offering may be shared with our co-sponsor, unless you instruct us not to by following the instructions in the Right to Opt Out section. In those situations, our co-sponsors will have the right to use your information for their own purposes, in accordance with their own policies. We are not responsible for how our co-sponsors may use your information.

Aggregate Statistics: We may disclose aggregate statistics regarding user behavior as a measure of interest in, and use of, the beyondroots.co website or marketing vehicles (such as email) to third parties in the form of aggregate data, such as overall patterns or demographic reports that do not describe or identify any individual user. Aggregate information is non-personally identifiable/anonymous information about you, such as age, gender, types of products purchased, pages you access most frequently or search terms you enter. Aggregate information is used in a collective manner, and no single person can be identified by that compiled information.
