Shipping

Most orders will ship from our location within 48-72 business hours (Monday - Friday), if not sooner. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. A tracking number will be automatically sent to the email provided once the order is ready to ship. Due to the complexities of International seed and plant restrictions/regulations, we cannot send products with seeds outside of the US and Canada.

Returns

Please note: Orders must have been purchased through our website in order to qualify for a return. BeyondRoots does not assume the cost of return shipping, but you can choose whatever is the most economical shipping option and packaging for you.** The item must come back in the condition that it was received.

To return your order, please reach out to hello@beyondroots.co to see if your order qualifies. Once we receive your return, BeyondRoots will process the refund within 2-4 business days. You will receive an email confirmation to notify you that your payment has been refunded.

**BeyondRoots is not responsible for damaged products; if your item does not arrive in the condition that it was received, we will not be able to issue you a return.
